Adam R. Konrad is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Corporate Law, International and Tax groups with a practice primarily focused on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures; however, Adam also regularly provides guidance on commercial contracting and corporate / “outside general counsel” type matters. Adam devotes a significant part of his practice to advising German businesses in connection with their investment or expansion of operations in the United States. He speaks, reads, and writes German and travels to Germany frequently to strengthen his relationships with clients and local advisors. In addition to more than a decade of experience with Reinhart, Adam interned with the Bundeszentralamt für Steuern/German Federal Central Tax Office and the Berlin offices of a large international law firm as part of a Robert Bosch Foundation Fellowship. He is also a frequent presenter on a variety of topics relating to cross-border business and international tax planning. Adam earned his J.D./LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Cornell Law SchoolCourse of Study, Bucerius Law School, and his B.A., with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
