Atty. Andrew N. Kovar

Mr. Kovar primarily practices real estate law, municipal bond finance, securities law and general business and commercial law. He assists clients in retail, residential and commercial real estate purchases, sales, and development, represents lenders and borrowers in financing arrangements, and represents landlords and tenants in lease transactions. He acts as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel and tenant's counsel in both governmental and industrial development bond issues by municipal entities, and represents closely-held companies in private placements of equity and debt securities. In addition, Mr. Kovar handles all aspects of many other business law issues such as contract negotiation and drafting, banking law and commercial sales/leasing.
