Anne M. Murray is a partner at Rivkin Radler LLP in Uniondale, New York, where she represents insurance companies in a wide range of complex first- and third-party coverage matters. Her practice focuses on Insurance Law and Litigation – Insurance, with experience involving general liability, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, toxic tort, asbestos, environmental claims, product liability, employee benefits liability, labor law, bad faith allegations, and evolving coverage issues.

Anne is the author of the chapter addressing environmental and toxic tort insurance coverage issues in New Appleman Law of Liability Insurance, a widely used insurance law treatise relied upon by practitioners and courts.

She is a frequent speaker on insurance coverage and insurance litigation topics and has presented seminars for the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, as well as national and international insurance and reinsurance companies. In 2018, Anne presented a CLE program on construction site accident claims and related litigation for the New York State Bar Association. In 2017, she participated as a panelist discussing emerging allocation issues at the ABA Insurance Section’s Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee annual meeting.

Within the firm, Anne serves as co-chair of Rivkin Radler’s Women’s Initiative Committee, Leadership Initiative Committee, and Attorney Development Committee, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development, mentorship, and firm leadership.
