Atty. Ashley Shearer

Ashley Shearer is a Portland, Oregon–based attorney who focuses on construction litigation and general tort liability. She represents contractors, developers, insurers, and businesses in matters involving construction defects, contractual disputes, and personal injury claims.

Ashley has more than a decade of legal experience and brings perspective from both plaintiff and defense work. Her practice includes handling disputes in state and federal courts and advising clients on risk and liability in construction and tort matters.

Ashley earned her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Willamette Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution. She received her B.A. in history from the University of Georgia.
