Atty. Beatriz Michavila Vázquez

Beatriz joined MA ABOGADOS in July 2023. Prior to this, she worked at Simmons & Simmons LLP as an associate in the CoCOmm and M&A departments, and at Latham & Watkins LLP in the areas of corporate and intellectual property law.

She has been involved in the M&A and Intellectual Property departments, advising national and international clients on all aspects of commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and art law.

She has worked on negotiating SPAs, coordinating and preparing due diligence reports, and drafting all types of civil and commercial contracts. Likewise, she has advised clients on intellectual property matters.

She also worked as an in-house lawyer at Stage Entertainment, S.L., providing legal guidance and protection to the company's various teams.

In the artistic sphere, she completed internships at Galería Marlborough and Sotheby's.
