Bianca LoGiurato is an Associate in Pullman & Comley's Litigation and the Labor and Employment practices. She focuses on commercial and employment litigation, and frequently litigates issues related to consumer complaints, the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act, the Common Interest Ownership Act, landlord-tenant law, and on occasion, intellectual property disputes. Bianca has experience in the Connecticut Superior and Federal Courts, as well as in arbitration, small claims, housing, probate court, and administrative law tribunals such as the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities. She brings a pragmatic style and collaborative attitude to the work she carries out for clients. Prior to joining Pullman, Bianca assisted in the litigation of Federal Employers Liability Act claims at a boutique insurance defense firm. While in law school, she mediated employment discrimination disputes in UConn Law's Mediation Clinic, and prepared legal research and strategy memoranda related to housing discrimination as an intern in the Department of Justice Office of Civil Rights Enforcement. While completing her coursework, Bianca served as the president for the Lambda Law Society and Italian Law Students Association, and the Symposium Editor of the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal for the 2021 symposium, “Does an Impartial Jury Exist? An Analysis of Implicit Bias in Jury Selection.”
