Brian Pascale is the principal of Pascale Law, a New York personal injury firm he founded in 2010. He treats every matter as a partnership with clients, providing individualized attention and keeping clients fully informed from intake through trial or settlement. Brian expanded the firm’s practice to 21st‑century torts, launching Defamation Advocate in 2017 to help those harmed by online slander and libel. A recognized trial lawyer and aggressive litigator, he was named a SuperLawyers Rising Star in 2016 and has been a SuperLawyers honoree since 2017. He has received numerous honors from the American Society of Legal Advocates, the National Trial Lawyers, and the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, and in 2016–2017 received the Champion for Children Award from the Crime Victims Center. Since 2010 Brian has served on the Board of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, chairs its Technology Committee, authors department updates, and regularly moderates CLEs. He holds a J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center (2005) and a B.A. from Hofstra University (2001).
