Atty. Charlotte S. Phelps

Charlotte Phelps focuses primarily on representing private equity sponsors, individual founders and strategic companies in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments and general corporate governance matters. She has represented clients in a variety of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, hospitality, health care and media. In addition, Charlotte regularly provides general commercial legal advice to clients and makes it a point to understand their day-to-day business operations and objectives.

She is a member of the firm’s Summer Associate Committee and Committee on Diversity, Inclusion and Equity.

Prior to joining Brownstein, Charlotte was an associate in the corporate department of Proskauer Rose LLP in New York.
