About

I effectively managed a busy disability and pension caseload with a focus on former professional athletes. I oversaw all aspects of compliance reporting pursuant to Department of Labor audits and requests, case analysis and strategic planning, and drafting of case summaries and decision letters. I provided critical research and comprehensive review of Plan documents to ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, I liaised with Board Members regarding client benefit strategies and benefit distribution.

As a Discovery Associate, I served as a leading member and discovery expert within the E-Discovery and Information Management practice group with significant responsibility for client counseling regarding discovery strategies. I demonstrated expertise in document retention, preservation, collection, production, cyber-security, and government compliance. I provided senior consultation for vendors regarding beta-testing of software. I litigated cyber security breach, immigration, fair housing, and employment discrimination cases.

Moreover, during my tenure, I successfully led 150-member document review teams through multi-billion dollar mergers and government investigations. I created information preservation and cyber-security protocols and procedures as a subject matter expert and senior advisor regarding digital protections strategies. I also served as an Antitrust Group member defending clients against Department of Justice antitrust investigations and ensuring Hart Scott Rodino Act compliance.

Observed 15 to 20 hours per week of court room activities, including several trials starting with pre-trial hearings and following through to a verdict. Researched case law for multiple assistant district attorneys in the court library.
