Atty. Daniel Zhu

Daniel Zhu is a counsel at POELLATH in Munich. He provides legal advice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions as well as venture capital and corporate law. His clients include investors, corporate enterprises, entrepreneurs, founders and management teams. Daniel joined POELLATH in 2022 and worked previously as (senior) associate at two internationally operating law firms in Munich (2017-2022). He studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and was admitted to the German bar in 2017. He completed studies as industrial engineer with a focus on information technology at the University of Applied Sciences Munich (B. Eng.; 2012). He speaks native German, English and Chinese.
