Gregory Miller is the partner-in-charge of Rivkin Radler LLP’s New Jersey office in Hackensack, New Jersey, where he also serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. He previously served on the firm’s executive committee. With more than 25 years of experience, Greg represents businesses in commercial litigation and civil litigation matters, as well as corporate counseling, including trial and appellate work involving complex commercial disputes, intellectual property matters, and insurance law issues.
Greg’s practice centers on commercial litigation arising from contractual disputes, business torts, and shareholder and partnership matters. He regularly represents pharmaceutical companies and other corporate clients in intellectual property litigation and counseling matters, including issues involving restrictive covenants, unfair competition, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, and patents. His work also includes advising clients on business strategy and drafting agreements related to supply, licensing, distribution, confidentiality, employment, and restrictive covenants, as well as defending claims brought under the False Claims Act.
In addition, Greg has acted as New Jersey counsel in more than 100 Hatch-Waxman and other patent infringement matters. He also represents companies in the nutraceutical and dietary supplement industry in connection with consumer claims and class action litigation. Through his practice at Rivkin Radler LLP in Hackensack, New Jersey, Greg provides practical and strategic legal guidance to businesses navigating complex commercial litigation and related disputes.
