Ira H. Lapp is a lifelong New City resident. While attending Pace Law School, he served as a clerk for the Honorable Sondra Miller in the Appellate Division, Second Department as well as for the Honorable Charles L. Brieant in the U. S. District Court, Southern District of New York. Upon graduating, he began working for a law firm specializing in insurance defense litigation. In early 2001 he became an associate with Neimark & Neimark, and in 2005 he was named a partner in the firm. Mr. Lapp is an excellent legal writer and frequently defeats motions made by the defense. He also does appellate work on behalf of the firm.

Ira H. Lapp is happily married with two children. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and indulging in gourmet food. Like Marshall Neimark, Mr. Lapp can also be found in his home office working on client matters.
