Atty. Jens Linde

Dr Jens Linde is an associated partner at POELLATH in Frankfurt. He specializes on M&A, private equity, real estate advice, in particular on the financing in all above mentioned areas. He is a proven expert in his areas of expertise, such as syndicated loans, unitranches or Schuldscheine (promissory note loans), especially for acquisition, corporate and real estate financing. He primarily acts for sponsors and borrowers. However, he is also familiar with the lenders’ perspective. He worked as senior associate and associate at major international law firms including several secondments in London (2001-2013) and as a research assistant at the University of Regensburg (1997-2000), before he joined P+P in 2013. He studied law in Regensburg (Ph.D.; 2001) and was admitted to the bar in 2001.
