Career Jesús is the founder and managing partner of Muniens Urban. Since he started his career more than 20 years ago, he has always been working in the real estate sector, linked to developers, banking servicers or investment funds. Jesús is a member of the spanish association of town planners, and is member of the Madrid Bar Association. Education Graduate in law and political science and administration, he holds a master’s degree in urban management by Carlos III University (Madrid), and is involved in teaching in various masters and professional programs. Recognition Jesús was awarded with the Excellence and Entrepreneurship award 2022 of the Social Council of the Carlos III University (Madrid). Also was nominated as lawyer of the year Real Estate 2022 by Iberian Lawyer 40 under 40.
