Atty. Jessica G. King

Jessica has over thirteen years of experience guiding her clients through litigation in state and federal courts in jurisdictions across the United States. She has extensive experience mediating cases to early resolution saving her clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in litigation expense. Her experience involves both dual party and multiple party matters encompassing issues involving trade secret misappropriation, product liability, defamation, deceptive trade practices acts, breach of contract, violation of non-compete agreements, fraud, and other business torts. ​ Jessica's legal expertise has been recognized by numerous industry organizations. She is "AV Preeminent" rated by Martindale-Hubbell indicating her peers ranked her at the highest level of skill and professional excellence. "Columbus CEO" recognized Jessica as a "Top Lawyer" in its annual rankings and she has also been named a "Rising Star" by Ohio Super Lawyers magazine. Prior to starting her own practice, Jessica was a litigation attorney at Squire Patton Boggs, LLP and Vorys Sater Seymour and Pease, LLP. Jessica is a member of the board for Franklin County Children's Services where she also chairs the Finance Committee. She also sits on the board of trustees for The Childhood League Center and the Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA). In 2013, Columbus Business First recognized Jessica as "Forty Under 40" for her civic leadership and professional achievements and in 2014, the United Way of Central Ohio awarded Jessica with the "Robert S. Crane Young Philanthropist Award."
