Atty. Jessica Williams

Jessica J. Williams is an associate at Rivkin Radler LLP in Jacksonville, Florida. Her practice focuses on Insurance Law and Commercial Litigation, with an emphasis on insurance coverage disputes and related litigation. Jessica represents insurers in complex coverage matters and litigation arising under a variety of insurance policies.

Before joining Rivkin Radler’s Jacksonville office, Jessica practiced at another Jacksonville-based firm where she handled a broad range of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court. Her work included contract disputes, insurance-related litigation, trademark claims, and commercial tort matters. This experience provides her with a strong foundation in analyzing and litigating complex business and insurance disputes.

Jessica earned her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, she served as a member of the Florida Law Review, worked as a part-time law firm clerk, and tutored students in constitutional law. She was also an executive committee member of the law school’s LGBTQ+ organization. Jessica received book awards in First Amendment Law and Trademark Law and was published in the Florida Law Forum for her article addressing LGBTQ+ rights in the workplace.

Based in Jacksonville, Florida, Jessica represents clients in matters involving insurance coverage, insurance-related disputes, and commercial litigation while working with the Insurance Coverage and Insurance Fraud Practice Groups at Rivkin Radler LLP.
