Kenneth T. Law has practiced law for nearly 30 years in the areas of commercial, real property, and bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Law is a Trial Attorney with considerable experience in both California and United States Federal Courts. Mr. Law has been a frequent lecturer during his career to other attorneys and trade creditor groups. Mr. Law's most recent lecture topics include: Bankruptcy Litigation; Reclamation Litigation; Bankruptcy Issues in Environmental Litigation; and, Fraudulent Conveyances. Mr. Law is an expert in fraudulent conveyance litigation and has lectured numerous times to attorneys throughout California on the subject under the auspices of the State Bar of California's Continuing Education Program. In addition, Mr. Law authored "Dischargeability of Environmental Liability in Bankruptcy" for the California Real Property Journal and acted as a consultant to the California Continuing Education of the Bar on their publication "California Mechanics' Liens and Related Construction Remedies" (Third Edition CEB, 1998). Mr. Law has appeared in Federal Courts in California, New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Colorado, Louisiana, and Wyoming in the course of representing the Firm's clients in litigation and bankruptcy related matters. Member, Honors Moot Court Board, 1980-1981.
