Atty. Leslie Kocher-Moar

Leslie A. Kocher-Moar is a Portland-based attorney who focuses on civil litigation involving bodily injury, property damage, insurance coverage, and appeals. She represents individuals and corporations in defense matters and advises insurers on a wide range of coverage issues.

Leslie has extensive trial experience, having tried more than 50 cases, and regularly represents clients in state and federal courts in Oregon and Washington. Her practice includes litigation in the Oregon Circuit Courts, Washington Superior Courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

She also has significant appellate experience, handling matters before the Oregon Court of Appeals, Oregon Supreme Court, Washington Court of Appeals, Washington Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Leslie is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
