Atty. Mark Myers

Mark Myers is a Seattle-based attorney who focuses on environmental litigation, including remedial actions, sediment cleanups, environmental contribution claims, and toxic tort matters. He represents clients in federal and state courts throughout Washington.

Mark’s practice includes disputes involving contaminated sites, allocation of environmental liability, and implementation of cleanup actions. He also has experience handling matters involving the Clean Water Act, geologic movement and landslides, and insurance coverage issues related to environmental claims.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mark serves as a mediator in environmental disputes, including contribution actions, remedial action implementation, and Clean Water Act citizen suits.
