Mary Cullen is a Seattle-based attorney who focuses on civil and appellate litigation involving labor and employment, business, and intellectual property matters. She represents clients in disputes requiring strategic analysis, motion practice, and appellate advocacy.

Mary has experience handling a broad range of civil litigation matters, including employment disputes, professional malpractice claims, corporate governance issues, and personal injury cases arising from construction worksites. Her practice includes both trial-level litigation and appellate work.

Before joining Williams Kastner, Mary served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Laurel Siddoway of Division Three of the Washington State Court of Appeals, where she developed significant experience in legal research, writing, and appellate decision-making.

During law school, Mary interned with Fig. 1 Patent Law in Spokane, Washington, where she assisted with patent prosecution and the preparation of patent applications involving technologies such as e-commerce, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. She was also a member of the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Team.

Mary earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and her B.S. in Biology from Denison University.

Outside of her legal practice, Mary enjoys hiking, running, camping, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.
