Atty. Matthew J. Wrysinski

Matthew Wrysinski’s background representing both lenders and borrowers gives him a perspective that expedites transactions. He advises portfolio companies, private equity funds, commercial banks, and other nonbank lenders in the full range of secured financings. Matthew is co-chair of Alston & Bird’s Finance Group. His primary emphasis is on the representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as commercial banks, finance companies, and other commercial lenders in various types of secured and unsecured financings (including revolving credit and term credit facilities, senior, subordinate, second lien, mezzanine, and other working capital facilities).
