Atty. Meredith Sudol

Meredith Sudol is a managing associate in Dentons Sirote's Corporate practice in the Birmingham office, where she focuses on assisting clients with general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions.

Meredith earned her JD from The University of Alabama School of Law, where she received the Dexter C. Hobbs Memorial Scholarship. During her law school career, Meredith served as an Articles Editor of the Alabama Law Review, a Law School Ambassador, and a Career Services Office Student Board Representative. She received the Dean’s Community Service Award and was an active member of the National Environmental Moot Court Team, the Dorbin Association, the First Generation Law Students Society, and the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society. While pursuing her law degree, she worked for law firms in Alabama and Texas as well as the Federal Tort Claims Act Section of the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.

Meredith completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Alabama, graduating summa cum laude with a BS in Marketing, a BA in English, and a minor in Social Innovation and Leadership. She was a Presidential Scholar and a member of the University Fellows Experience and The XXXI. While pursuing her undergraduate degrees, Meredith worked as an intern for a member of the United States House of Representatives and for Southwest Airlines.
