Michael G. Busby Jr. is a distinguished Houston divorce and family law attorney and a member of the State Bar of Texas, the College of the State Bar, and the Houston Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice before the Federal Courts in the Southern District of Texas. Michael’s legal career is grounded in a commitment to service, exemplified by his earlier military experience in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Field Artillery Cannoner from 1989 to 1993, and later in the National Guard across Arkansas, Oklahoma, and North Carolina until 1997. He earned his Bachelor of Science with honors from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1996 and his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston. Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Michael provides clients with experienced and ethical counsel. Outside of his professional practice, he is a dedicated husband and father to Viktoria, Hannah, and William “Billy Max” Busby.
