Atty. Morgan Moceyunas

Morgan Moceyunas is an associate at Rivkin Radler LLP, based in Jacksonville, Florida. She is a member of the firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group and represents insurers in a wide range of coverage-related matters. Her practice also includes Commercial Litigation and Insurance Law, with a focus on resolving complex disputes through motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.

Before joining Rivkin Radler, Morgan developed substantial courtroom and litigation experience while serving as an attorney for the Florida Department of Children and Families. In that role, she regularly handled contested hearings and trials, strengthening her advocacy and case management skills. In 2021, she received the Department of Children and Families’ Litigator of the Year award for the Northeast Region. Morgan later practiced with an insurance defense firm in Jacksonville, Florida, where she represented clients in personal injury litigation.

Morgan earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in May 2020. While in law school, she was actively involved in advocacy and leadership, serving on the executive boards of the Florida Moot Court Team and the Law Association for Women.
