Atty. Nicole R. MacKenzie

Nicole MacKenzie is a Seattle-based attorney who focuses on product liability and toxic tort litigation. She represents national manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors in state and federal courts, with experience handling matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Nicole’s practice includes defending claims involving construction materials, automotive products, industrial equipment, and consumer goods. She also represents clients in asbestos litigation and other large-scale product liability matters.

As national coordinating counsel for several clients, Nicole develops and implements defense strategies across jurisdictions and manages litigation at both the trial and strategic levels.

She is Co-Lead of the firm’s Product Liability and Toxic Torts Team and serves as General Counsel of Williams Kastner. She previously served on the firm’s board of directors and as Managing Director.
