Atty. Olivier A. Beabeau

Olivier A. Beabeau leads the firm’s business litigation and intellectual property practice groups. Olivier’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation at the trial and appellate level, alternative dispute resolution through arbitration and mediation, and trademark and copyright protection in the United States and abroad. He has significant experience litigating high-stakes partnership disputes, contract disputes, securities fraud, residential construction fraud, unfair competition, and intellectual property infringement disputes in state and federal courts.

Olivier is adept at quickly discerning the objectives of his clients and implementing effective strategies to resolve multifaceted business challenges. His clients include a diverse array of companies and professionals in the financial, medical, food and beverage, entertainment, hospitality, and real estate industries. Olivier is a Phoenix native and earned his B.A. from Vanderbilt University and J.D. from The George Washington University National Law Center. Before joining the firm, Olivier served as a legislative analyst for the American Bar Association and U.S. Senator John McCain.
