Atty. Philip Nash

Philip is a partner at Rivkin Radler LLP, where he practices in the area of Insurance Law with a focus on insurance fraud litigation. Based in Uniondale, New York, he handles complex civil matters brought under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions seeking recovery of insurance claim payments involving physicians, medical clinics, medical suppliers, and other participants in alleged large-scale insurance fraud matters.

Before joining Rivkin Radler LLP, Philip practiced at a well-established boutique law firm in Nassau County. His work included criminal defense, criminal record sealing, and regulatory matters involving dietary supplements and sports nutrition products, providing him with courtroom experience and regulatory insight applicable to civil insurance disputes.

Philip previously served as an assistant district attorney with the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted felony cases as a member of the County Court Trial Bureau. His responsibilities included handling jury and bench trials, as well as assignments in specialized courtrooms focused on DWI offenses.

While attending law school, Philip was an associate editor of the Hofstra Law Review and served as president of the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association.
