Atty. Thomas A. "Tom" Ped

Tom Ped is a Portland, Oregon–based attorney who focuses on construction and real estate law. He advises contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers on contract review, payment claims, and workmanship disputes.

Tom also represents real estate clients in purchase and sale transactions, commercial leasing, and the preparation of related agreements and documents. His practice includes helping clients resolve disputes efficiently through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.

When necessary, Tom represents clients in litigation in state and federal courts in Oregon and Washington. He has more than 25 years of experience handling construction and real estate matters.

In addition to his legal practice, Tom is active in efforts to support diversity in the legal profession. He participates in the Oregon State Bar’s Opportunities for Law in Oregon program and has coached mock trial teams at Roosevelt High School in Portland.
