He has substantial experience in physician practice matters across a broad spectrum including physician/hospital relationships, private equity relationships, and physician compensation matters.
Outside of physician practice healthcare matters, he represents and counsels entities involved in joint venture arrangements involving lithotripsy, urology, and other medical specialties.
Mr. Powell is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was a member of the Vanderbilt Law Review and Order of the Coif. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi.
