Windle Turley founded the Turley Law Firm in 1973 and has spent his career pursuing justice for clients in Dallas, across North Texas, and throughout the United States. He is known for employing innovative communication techniques at trial to convey to judges and juries how an accident or injury affects a victim’s life, and for developing and applying novel theories to secure recoveries for clients. An experienced litigator, Mr. Turley has argued before some of the state and the country’s highest courts. He is also an accomplished lecturer and author, with more than 50 articles on trial preparation and litigation and two books, Aviation Litigation and Firearms Litigation. He is a published wildlife photographer, author of The Amazing Monarch Butterfly’s Wintering Grounds.
