- Much of his current coverage work is focused on employment, sexual harassment, sexual molestation, and professional liability cases
- He also is a key member of London Fischer’s Catastrophic Event Response Team, which is comprised of attorneys, investigators, and experts available to clients to respond on an immediate basis to accidents and catastrophic events
- In addition to being an expert litigator, James is skilled at assessing alternative dispute resolution opportunities where appropriate and can either guide local counsel or resolve conflicts himself at mediation on behalf of insurers
- Prior to joining London Fischer, James was the national Co-Chair of the Insurance & Reinsurance Practice of an AmLaw 100 law firm
- James graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, with a B.S. degree in International Business
- James earned his J.D. from Temple University, graduating Cum Laude
