Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wild Web Ventures LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company operating the AttorneyQnA platform ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website at https://attorneyqna.com, creating an account, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately. Your continued use following any posted update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service

AttorneyQnA is an independent online directory and legal question-and-answer platform that aggregates publicly available information about licensed U.S. attorneys and law firms. The Service allows the public to:

• Search and browse attorney and firm profiles.
• Post public legal questions and receive responses from licensed attorneys.
• Access practice area guides, courthouse information, and bar association listings.
• Contact attorneys directly through profile listing pages.

We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services of any kind. We are not a law firm.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use any feature of the Service that requires registration. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Any information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, in violation of these Terms, or in a manner that harms other users or the integrity of the Service.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Communications made through the Service — including questions posted publicly and messages sent through profile pages — are not protected by attorney-client privilege unless a licensed attorney separately and explicitly establishes a formal engagement with you outside of this platform.

For legal advice specific to your situation, you must retain and consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction directly.

Acceptable Use Policy

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Post or transmit content that is false, defamatory, misleading, abusive, harassing, threatening, obscene, or unlawful.
• Impersonate any person, attorney, law firm, or other entity.
• Misrepresent your bar admission status, credentials, or professional qualifications.
• Collect, harvest, or scrape data from the Service without our prior written consent.
• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, spiders) to access the Service in a way that overburdens our infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any other commercial solicitation without authorization.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent security features of the Service.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Attorney Profiles & Verification

Attorney and law firm profiles on AttorneyQnA are sourced from public bar registries, court records, and information provided directly by the attorney or firm. By claiming a profile on the Service, attorneys agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information about their bar admissions, practice areas, and contact details.
• Comply with all applicable state bar advertising and professional conduct rules.
• Not misrepresent credentials, areas of practice, or past results.
• Promptly notify us of any changes to their bar status or disciplinary record.

We reserve the right to verify bar status through official state bar sources and to update, correct, or remove profile information that conflicts with official records. Misrepresentation of bar status is grounds for immediate removal and may be reported to the relevant state bar.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you post to the Service, including questions, answers, reviews, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant Wild Web Ventures LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and adapt that content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to submit the content.
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• The content does not violate any applicable law.

We may remove, edit, or decline to publish any content at our sole discretion, including content that violates these Terms or that we determine is otherwise harmful or inappropriate.

Subscription Plans & Fees

Certain premium features of the Service are available through paid subscription plans ("Plans"). By subscribing to a Plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing in effect at the time of your subscription.
• Authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
• Keep your payment information accurate and up to date.

Fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Your payment data is subject to the payment processor's terms and privacy policy and is not stored on our servers.

Refunds & Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

For refund eligibility, processing, and dispute procedures, please review our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Exceptions to the general no-refund policy may apply where required by applicable state consumer protection law.

Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its underlying content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the design, compilation, directory structure, taxonomy, and software — are owned by Wild Web Ventures LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
• Reverse engineer or extract source code.
• Reproduce the directory or any substantial portion of it without written permission.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services. These links are provided solely as a convenience. We do not endorse, and are not responsible or liable for, the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites or services.

Your interactions with third parties — including attorney websites, bar association pages, or external resources linked from attorney profiles — are governed solely by those third parties' terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WILD WEB VENTURES LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
• WARRANTIES AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY ATTORNEY PROFILE INFORMATION, USER-GENERATED CONTENT, OR OTHER INFORMATION APPEARING ON THE SERVICE.

You use the Service at your own risk. Always verify attorney credentials directly with the relevant state bar association before engaging legal counsel.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WILD WEB VENTURES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL.
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON INFORMATION FOUND ON THE SERVICE.
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA.
• ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wild Web Ventures LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or access to the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with the arbitration conducted in Albuquerque, New Mexico, or remotely if mutually agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.

Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on the Service or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
