- The following year, he also accepted a role as Associate at Hunt Liebert Jacobson PC, a Hartford-based law firm representing the nation’s largest financial institutions during the aftermath of the housing crisis
- In 2013, Attorney Bamonte joined the Office of the Corporation Counsel for the City of Waterbury as a Staff Attorney, where during the next five years he advanced into the role of Assistant Corporation Counsel and managed a 20-plus person staff and his own substantial volume of municipal matters
- Attorney Bamonte developed a love for municipal practice and assisting local communities manage emerging legal challenges, and in 2018, moved on to private practice with Berchem Moses PC in its Westport office
