- There, his practice was focused on, commercial litigation, construction litigation, corporate law, family law and employment law In 2003, Chris and his family relocated to Dallas, Texas, where he continued his representation of individuals and small and medium-sized businesses
- Since leaving law school, Chris has narrowed his practice to the representation of companies in the construction business
- His focus has included the representation of general contractors and subcontractors in various construction related disputes, including contract negotiations, lien and bond claims, construction defect claims, and delay claims
- Chris’ practice has also included professional liability defense of architects and engineers
- Chris and his wife Betty have two children, Kaitlyn and Garret
- The Carters’ reside in Allen, Texas
