Mr. Clark has served as President of the Utah Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and was recognized as a Joseph Fielding Smith Scholar.
Mr. Clark was recognized by Benchmark Litigation 2010-2014 in the areas of Anti-Trust, Commercial Litigation, and Appellate Law. He was also recognized by Benchmark Appellate as a Tenth Circuit Litigation star 2012-2013.
