- David has obtained numerous substantial verdicts and settlements in a wide variety of personal injury actions

- David obtained a $700,000.00 verdict in the Circuit Court for the City of Virginia Beach in his first plaintiff’s medical malpractice trial

- David graduated with honors from the University of Virginia in 1981 and the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1984 where he was selected a member of the Law Review
