Atty. Eva Kopelman

Eva Kopelman is a Partner and Founder of Axipiter’s Employment Law practice.

She advises French and international companies and groups on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.

Her practice notably includes:

• Providing strategic advice on complex restructuring operations, including collective redundancies and employment issues arising from M&A transactions.

• Assisting clients with their day-to-day individual employment matters such as hiring process, terminations, disciplinary procedures, and workplace harassment.

• Supporting clients in collective employment matters, including negotiation of collective agreements, working time regulations, and employee representation.

• Assisting international companies and groups on cross-border HR policies, employee mobility, and social security matters.

Eva also represents clients in litigation before French labour and social security courts, particularly in high-stakes or sensitive disputes.

She is actively involved in legal networks and regularly contributes to professional events and publications in the field of labour and employment law.

Eva was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009. She graduated from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne with a Master’s degree in Employment and Labour Law.

She is fluent in French and English.
