- With over 30 years of experience, he has combined his vast business and legal knowledge to guide his clients through a diverse spectrum of legal issues including physician services and related healthcare law, personal injury, worker’s compensation, corporate transactions and litigation, trusts and estates, and real estate transactions
- With the collaboration of the Firm’s team of partners and associates, he has been responsible for many of the verdicts and settlements reported on this website
- Mr. Maggs obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Villanova University, and he graduated from Seton Hall School of Law, Magna Cum Laude, and was the founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Constitutional Law Journal
