- He has counseled clients on insurance claims involving hundreds of millions of dollars arising from environmental pollution, asbestos, toxic torts, property loss, employment practices, and professional errors and omissions
- With years of experience handling complex cases in the healthcare arena, Mr. Hall also represents hospitals in Chancery Court litigation, where he addresses issues resulting from the termination of physician privileges and provides advice to hospitals and physicians concerning the Stark Law as well as state and federal anti-kickback issues
- Mr. Hall leads the firm’s electronically stored information (“ESI”) practice group, which focuses on identifying and implementing cost-effective electronic-discovery techniques with the goal of conserving client resources while preserving the quality of ESI review and production
