Peter Bolvig is a Partner in our Birmingham office with nearly four decades of litigation experience. Peter specializes in appellate, business litigation, construction, dental, fiduciary, general liability, governmental liability, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, premises liability, products liability, professional malpractice and ethics, and transportation matters. In addition, he is a licensed mediator in the state of Alabama. Peter handles all types of litigation in both state and federal courts and has tried many jury trials to a conclusion obtaining excellent results for his clients. Prior to joining Hall Booth Smith, he was a named partner at a civil trial and appellate firm in Birmingham. Peter earned his Juris Doctor from Tulane University and also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He is a certified Engineer in Training by the Tennessee Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners.
