Dave Johnson is committed to championing the rights of those he represents. Throughout his legal career, he has dedicated himself to ensuring that his clients have a voice in the legal system. Dave approaches each case with empathy, allowing him to effectively advocate against larger entities and hold wrongdoers accountable. Dave's college years were marked by his engagement in advocacy, public speaking, debate, forensics, and mock trials. He received multiple recognitions in mock trial competitions, participated in the Board of Advocates, and took leadership in directing a mock trial event. Following his education, Dave gained valuable experience as a law clerk for a Jackson County Circuit Court judge, where he discovered his interest in personal injury law. His practice is centered in Kansas City, Missouri, and he is part of Dipasquale Moore. He is particularly focused on cases involving wrongful death, motorcycle accidents, insurer negligence, insurance bad faith, and other areas within personal injury litigation. Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his wife, son, and two daughters. He is an enthusiastic tennis player and actively participates in his church, where he serves as a teacher.
