    Mr. Moy graduated with all-college honors in 1982 from Earlham College and received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1985. He was a casenote and comment editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law from 1983 to 1985. Mr. Moy joined Barnes & Thornburg in 1985 and became a partner in 1994. He is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana.
