Atty. Fernando Eraña

Fernando is a founding partner of the Firm with 20 years of experience, focusing his practice on M&A, Finance, Venture Capital and Technology, serving a broad portfolio of clients that includes investment funds, entrepreneurs, fintech companies, non-bank financial institutions and public and private companies. He is currently the Vice President of the North American Forum of the International Bar Association (IBA). He is ranked as "Up & Coming" by Chambers & Partners since 2019 and "Highly Regarded" by IFLR1000 (2019). Fernando holds a law degree from Universidad Panamericana, a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Pritzker School of Law (2004) and a Certificate in Business from Kellogg School of Management (2004), both from Northwestern University. In 2007, Fernando participated as a Foreign Associate at O'Melveny & Myers, LLP, in Los Angeles, California.
