Jesse Reiter is the founder, owner, and managing partner of ABC Law Centers (Reiter & Walsh, P.C.). Practicing law since 1987, he is widely recognized as a national leader in birth trauma litigation and has secured multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for children with injuries such as hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and cerebral palsy. After beginning his career at a large Detroit law firm, Jesse founded ABC Law Centers in 1997 to focus exclusively on birth injury cases. Today, the firm represents families nationwide. Jesse’s success is rooted in deep medical knowledge, meticulous preparation, and a commitment to justice for injured children. He has held numerous leadership roles, including President of the Michigan Association for Justice and Chair of the Birth Trauma Litigation Group. He is a Lifetime Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, Michigan Bar Foundation, State Bar of Michigan, and Oakland County Bar Association. He’s also an active member of the Association of Medical Malpractice Attorneys Board of Directors and serves on multiple national legal boards and committees.
