Professional Experience: Jud's civil litigation practice focuses on the areas of commercial litigation, creditor's rights and bankruptcy, complex commercial foreclosures, and real property litigation. Jud litigates in Florida and Alabama state and federal courts. Jud is a member of the Escambia/Santa Rosa Bar Association, Baldwin County Bar Association, Mobile Bar Association and the Pensacola American Inns of Court. Community Involvement: Jud volunteers for Legal Services of Northwest Florida and has been recognized for his pro bono work in representing individuals against predatory lenders.
