- His work in Canada is a robust portfolio that includes representing winning consortia and/or their lenders on numerous award-winning P3 initiatives, including the Eglinton Crosstown LRT Project, Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project, St. John’s Mental Health and Addictions Facility, Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility, Corner Brook Acute Care Hospital, CAMH Phase IC Redevelopment and a broad range of other civil and social infrastructure transactions across the country
- Marc has also worked as part of a team advising procuring authorities on several high-profile mandates in Ontario, such as the Ontario Line Subway Project, the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus Redevelopment, and the WAHA Redevelopment Project, the latter two of which are being delivered through a progressive P3 model
- He was also part of the team advising the Government of Canada on the Gordie Howe International Bridge
- In the energy sector, Marc has advised the Province of Ontario on the financing of the landmark Wataynikaneyap Transmission Project — a first-of-its-kind initiative to connect 16 remote First Nations communities in Northern Ontario via 1,800 km of transmission lines
- This project is notable as the first to be developed in Canada with majority Indigenous ownership
