Atty. Molly Martin

Molly Martin is an associate practicing in the firm’s Toronto office. Molly’s practice focuses on tax litigation and taxpayer representation at every level and also includes tax planning for businesses, individuals, not-for-profits and charities. Molly Martin writes on tax issues and her work has been published in the Canadian Tax Foundation’s Tax for the Owner-Manager publication and the Federated Press’ Resource Taxation Journal. Molly has won multiple awards for her writing on tax issues. Molly was both a summer student and then an articling student at the firm before being called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. She received her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and her BA from the Ryerson University.
