Atty. Mr. John Michael Totten

 I have lived in Alabama all my life and have roots that run deep in this great state. I passed the Alabama State Bar in 1999 and was associated with a Birmingham firm as I began my practice in general civil and criminal litigation. I was involved in representing individual clients throughout Alabama, in both state and federal courts. In 2002 I concentrated my practice in all areas of insurance defense, including law enforcement liability, municipal liability, personal injury and construction law, including architect and engineer liability. I also continued my practice in general tort litigation and criminal defense. In 2005, my wife, Suzanne and I moved back to North Alabama in Athens, which is now our home and where we are raising our family.
