He has successfully navigated transactions ranging up to $1.2 billion in value. While industry agnostic, Reid has significant experience in private equity, venture capital, real estate, oil and gas, healthcare, technology, advertising and marketing, finance, manufacturing and mining. Before attending law school, Reid earned a music degree and worked as a professional classical musician. While seemingly different from his current transactional practice, what Reid learned in that time - attention to detail, persistence, creativity and organization - has translated well in helping him smoothly orchestrate and execute transactions.
