Was Chief Legal Officer – CLO of “NELTUR - Niterói Empresa de Lazer e Turismo S/A”, President of Legal Bridge Brasil and Member of the Special Tax Commission “CEAT” of the Brazilian Bar Association - Rio de Janeiro Section “OAB/RJ”. Worked at traditional law offices, as Legal and Regulatory Vice-President of Generali Brasil Seguros S.A., as Legal Superintendent at Grupo Leader, a business group with operations in the commercial, financial, real estate and industrial area, and as Tax Manager at ENDESA GROUP (Ampla Energia e Serviços S.A. Graduated in Law by the Candido Mendes University, specialized in Public Law by Fluminense Federal University and in Accounting and Financial Mathematics by IBMEC. Author of legal articles and professor of the following disciplines: "Legal Aspects and Contractual Relations," of the Energy sector, in the MBA Energy Management of EPGE / FGV; "Sector Taxation on the Tax Post Graduation of the Education Continuing Program of Fundação Getúlio Vargas – Rio de Janeiro; and LLM.05 Tax Accounting Course - Business Law - IBMEC. Competence in leading processes of corporate restructuring, focusing on tax planning and due diligences, as well as corporate governance modeling to meet IPO standards. Currently acts as advisor and contentious lawyer in Tax, Corporate and Administrative areas predominantly in Infrastructure segment.
